All app icons available through this store are licensed—not sold—unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. Purchasing an app icon grants you the rights described below based on the license selected at checkout.

Non-Exclusive License

The Non-Exclusive License is the standard license included with every purchase unless an Exclusive License is purchased.

Under this license:

• You may use the icon for one personal or commercial product, application, or brand.

• You may use the icon in connection with that product across its associated websites, marketing materials, social media, and promotional content.

The creator retains full ownership and copyright of the icon.

Because this is a non-exclusive license:

• The icon may continue to be sold or licensed to other customers.

• Multiple customers may legally use the same icon.

• You do not receive exclusive rights or ownership of the design.

Exclusive License

An Exclusive License may be purchased as an optional upgrade for eligible icons.

Once an Exclusive License has been purchased:

• The icon will no longer be offered for sale or licensed to future customers.

• No new non-exclusive licenses will be issued after the exclusive purchase.

• You receive the exclusive right to use the icon for your business or product.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Copyright and intellectual property ownership remain with the creator.

• The Exclusive License grants exclusive usage rights only and does not constitute a transfer or assignment of copyright.

Restrictions

Regardless of the license purchased, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original source files.

• Upload the icon to stock marketplaces, icon libraries, or asset repositories.

• Claim authorship of the original design.

• Sell or distribute the icon as part of another icon pack, template, or digital asset collection.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the property of the creator unless expressly transferred through a separate written Copyright Assignment Agreement.

Purchasing an Exclusive License grants exclusive rights of use—it does not transfer ownership of the copyright unless explicitly stated.

Third-Party Infringement

While every effort is made to create original designs, the creator cannot guarantee that third parties will not independently create similar works or unlawfully copy, imitate, or misuse the icon.

The creator is not responsible for unauthorized use or infringement by third parties and makes no guarantee of absolute marketplace exclusivity beyond honoring the terms of an Exclusive License.

Not for Sale Icons

Certain app icons displayed within this store may be marked "Not for Sale", "Display Only", or with similar wording.

These icons are showcased solely for portfolio and demonstration purposes and are not available for purchase, licensing, or download.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or distribution of these icons is strictly prohibited without the creator's prior written permission.

The creator reserves all rights to these designs.
