All products sold through this store are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive a Figma link along with PNG and SVG of the app icon.

2. Usage

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files.

• Upload the files to marketplaces, asset libraries, or download websites.

• Claim the icon as your own original work.

• Use the icon to create a competing icon pack, template, or design asset for resale.

3. Intellectual Property

Purchasing an asset grants a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. "Not for Sale" Items

Products marked "Not for Sale", "Display Only", or similar labels are showcased solely for portfolio and display purposes only.

These items are not available for purchase, licensing, or download through this store.

6. Third-Party Copies and Infringement

While every icon is created as original work, the creator cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy, imitate, recreate, or otherwise infringe upon the designs.

The creator is not responsible for unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of purchased assets by third parties and makes no guarantee of marketplace exclusivity.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital asset has been downloaded or made available, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided except where required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

All digital assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether an asset is suitable for their intended use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other commercial damages arising from the purchase or use of any digital asset.

The creator's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The creator may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
